1. Information We Collect

SiteSlips collects information necessary to create legal jobsite audit records and operate the platform:

• Account & Organization Data: Full name, company name, trade specialty, business email, telephone number, and encrypted passwords.
• Field Ticketing Information: Project titles, general contractor names, labor classifications and logged hours, material quantities, equipment descriptions, and photographic evidence with jobsite markups.
• Digital Signatures & Audit Geolocation: Signature vector strokes, signer name, job title, company affiliation, IP address, and browser-provided geolocation coordinates recorded at the moment of authorization.

2. How We Use Geolocation Data

Geolocation coordinates captured during field ticket generation and sign-off are used exclusively to provide tamper-proof evidentiary proof that tickets were authorized physically on the designated construction jobsite. We do not engage in real-time background tracking of users when the application is closed.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your construction data or client contact details. We share data only with authorized infrastructure service providers:

• Stripe: Secure subscription billing, invoicing, and PCI-DSS compliant credit card processing.
• Supabase: Encrypted PostgreSQL database storage and secure token authentication.
• Resend: High-deliverability transactional email service for automated dispatch of signed PDF tickets.
• Twilio: SMS delivery for 1-tap remote superintendent signature requests.

4. Data Retention & Security Controls

All communications and file transfers are encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) and encrypted at rest using AES-256. Ticket archives and signed PDF documents are retained securely for the duration of your active subscription and can be exported at any time via CSV or PDF.
